ARAQ 2026 Annual Conference

The Australian Rheumatology Association respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which we live, work and meet throughout Australia. We recognise the continuing connection of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to Country, waters and community, and pay our respects to Elders past and present. We extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples attending the ARA Annual Scientific Meeting.

ARAQ 2026 we acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land on which we gather on the Gold Coast, the Kombumerri people of the Yugambeh Language Region, and honour their enduring connection to the land, waters, skies and culture of this region. We pay our respects to Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We are grateful for the opportunity to come together on Kombumerri Country to learn, collaborate and strengthen our rheumatology community.
