Registration Fees

Full Registration includes:

• Dinner Friday night (casual family-friendly event)   

• Lunch on Saturday

• Morning tea Saturday and Sunday               

• All scientific sessions.

Saturday dinner is an adults-only event. If you wish for childcare so that you can attend the Saturday dinner, pls arrange your childcare and submit invoice to ARAQ Treasurer post-event.

*2026 Advanced trainees (ATs) are expected to attend the full conference, present and submit their presentation title by 31 August 2026. Reasonable travel costs will be reimbursed for CNS and TSV trainees. New ATs accepted for 2027 are encouraged to attend and attract the AT fee.

^No registration will be accepted after this date.

** Regional attendees reside >300km from conference venue; postcode to be provided.

If you do not have a complimentary registration and need to cancel, cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat by 13 September 2026. There is a $50 cancellation fee. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances

Payment can be made by credit card via the ARA Stripe.

All registrations need to be submitted via the online registration and they will be acknowledged by return email. If you do not receive a written acknowledgement upon the completion of your online registration, please contact the reg@themeetingpoeple.com.au to ensure that your details have been received.

Payments will be listed on your credit card statement with the Australian Rheumatology Association.

Australia has a Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. Overseas delegates are not exempt from paying this tax. All fees and costs quoted in the brochure are GST inclusive. The Australian Rheumatology Association Queensland Branch is registered for GST - the ABN is 44 868 852 107. Upon payment online you will receive a tax invoice.

Personal information, as defined under the national privacy legislation, The Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2001, will be treated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles and only shared with related or third parties in accordance with those principles.

In case of industrial disruption or other external events causing disruption to the meeting, the Local Organising Committee, the ARAQ and the Meeting Managers of the Annual Scientific Meeting accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.
